Divinum è il brand che dà corpo alla linea di mieli dell’azienda Podere Principe della Macchia. Il nome latino è stato scelto per esprimere sia il forte legame che l’azienda ha con le sue origini, sia per ricordare che nel mondo antico i greci e i romani consideravano il miele il “Cibo degli Dei”.
Il marchio Divinum nasce “da una costola” del marchio Podere Principe della Macchia, infatti è il risultato di due dettagli di quest’ultimo, isolati e ricombinati assieme: un piccolo scudo che riprende le fattezze della parte inferiore destra e la croce in alto a sinistra del logo dell’azienda madre. Inoltre, la parte inferiore dell’etichetta richiama alla mente sia la forma della parte inferiore del logo di Podere Principe della Macchia, sia una goccia di miele.

Divinum is the brand that embodies the line of honeys of Podere Principe della Macchia. The Latin name was chosen to express both the strong bond that the Company has with its origins, and to remember that in the ancient world the Greeks and Romans considered honey the “Food of the Gods”. 
The Divinum logo was born “from a rib” of the Podere Principe della Macchia logo, in fact it is the result of two details of the latter, isolated and recombined together: a small shield that incorporates the features of the lower right and the cross at the top left of the principal Company’s logo. Furthermore, the lower part of the label brings to mind both the shape of the lower part of the Podere Principe della Macchia logo and a drop of honey.
